Q: Will I get my own fiber back?
A: Yes! Your fiber will have your name on it from the time it gets to us until you get it back.

Q: Is there a minimum?
A: No! Our price is the same whether you have 1 pound or 100 pounds. I would recommend having 1
pound or more for yarn just because of the amount of loss that there is in processing, but if you have
less than 1 pound and want yarn, that is what we will do.

Q: How much yarn will I get?
A: That is the unanswerable question. It depends on so many factors that there is no real answer. We
may be able to guess, but that is all it is, an educated guess.

Q: What do I need to do before sending my fiber in?
A: Have an idea of what you want. Do you plan to sell yarn or finished goods, use the products yourself,
gift them to friends and family? This helps us help you.

Q: Do I have to add wool?
A: No! We will add wool only at your request. If we think adding wool will benefit your yarn, we will contact you and explain why. It will still be your choice if wool is added

Q: How long will it take?
A: The current turn around is approximately 16 months and no guarantees will be made as to how quickly orders will be completed.
